It’s the second bedroom in our lovely Turner townhouse, renting for $270 per week (excluding bills).
Our house is 5 minute walk to Elouera Tram stop (next to Alinga city tram stop), 5 minute bike ride to ANU and 5 min drive or 15 minute walk to the City Centre. The place is furnished with a few things like washing machine, dryer, fridge.

Hinanshi is a working professional who’s just started her big-girl job, and Ann is a PhD student at ANU.
They’re both super lovely, love to cook, and enjoy a good chat 💓
