Hi I am interested to see if you like my place. I have two spare rooms so you can pick which one you like and I am looking to share the whole place with someone. I welcome short stays e.g. a couple of months and I am open to people staying for a long time. My house is a few hundred metres from Monash Peninsular Campus and Frankston Hospital. It is a quiet place. I am looking forward to having someone with whom we fit well together and living together is something enjoyable. With bills I am offering to share my place for $170. I am open to discussion on this price and wi fi can be included. I have 3 very nice teenage kids who visit for a few hours during day time about once a every 2 or 4 weeks.
