Firstly, this place is FANTASTIC! It has it all; great location, modern, spacious, quiet, light and fresh yet also very private. I am genuinely disappointed I didn’t get to stay here longer. The place comes fully furnished with everything you’ll need right down to cutlery and a laundry basket! I work out of Scoresby and the trip in via Peninsula Link and Eastlink only takes 35min each morning. The place comes with full use of the carport. There is a generously sized lawn at the rear including your own private deck shaded by some lovely trees and a smaller undercover area... perfect setting for summer BBQs! All utilities are included; electricity, water, internet (NBN) which I’m happy to report streams Netflix flawlessly and even includes a gardener! The landlord is extremely easy to talk to and very reasonable, you will not find a better landlord. Given the right applicant they the landlord is willing to work with the tenant to make their stay as comfortable as possible. For example, the option was given to install a convection microwave to make up for the absence of an oven. As I didn’t have the need for one I passed on the offer, but it struck me how generous and accommodating they were. Literally across the road there is a pizza shop, a fish and chippery as well as a great little Foodworks! The property is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with Main Street just down the road. The property is being offered to all singles employed full-time, unfortunately no pets... there had to be at least one negative!
