My housemate Georgia and i are looking for a new housemate (or Couple!) to come and live with us. There is a large main room with an attached walk in robe/storage room and an extended section overlooking the garden that can be used for anything desired - Yoga, library, study etc :) The room is $150 for a single person or $200 for a couple. The house is nice, spacious and a bit quirky, though not overly well insulated - can get a bit hot in summer and cold in winter. We have a lovely big yard, with lots of trees and veggie garden space. I love to garden, but i would welcome some help out there! Outside pets only as per landlords request. Must get along with our 3 lovely chooks Hilda, Lucy and Charlotte who supply us with regular eggs. Currently we are looking for a short term renter as our lease ends on the 31st of December. After looking at many properties when deciding to move to Adelaide, I found this property had the most reasonable rent for a prime location and included furnishings. It's a two minute walk to the bus stop on the same street and a ten minute drive to the CBD. The body corporate manages the beautiful, spacious garden outside.
