About the flatmates
I'm fairly easy going but tidy and my beagle is very friendly. I'm semi-retired and working part-time.
I have the lawn mowed monthly and that is included. The bed linen is changed, the bathrooms cleaned and the floors vacuumed and mopped fortnightly and this included also. However if you prefer not, that is easily arranged.
The room is available from late February.
