I have 1 room for rent in this large 3 bedroom house. Price is $200pw. Utilities are $25pw which includes electricity, gas, internet and gardening maintenance. (total rent is $225pw inclusive of bills). The bedroom is a bit longer/wider than 3x3m meters. There is a single built-in cupboard with shelves, but no hanging space - ie it would byo wardrobe The house is furnished, the bedroom is empty. I don't have an exact date the room will be available yet as the person moving out doesn't have a final date yet, but I would say at least a couple of weeks. UPDATE: room is empty and available now. 10min walk to Normanhurst or Waitara train stations (i do it in 10, but walking speeds vary...). Bus stop to Hornsby and other locations is about 100M walk. There is off street parking on the property for everyone but it is not undercover. There is a garage but it is used by me for my car etc, there would be enough room to store a bicycle or few small things, but nothing large. The kitchen has an electric stove/oven, microwave and a dishwasher. The loungeroom / dining is combined and has reverse cycle air-conditioning and gas heating. The bathroom will be shared with one female. It's a nice quiet location with a decent front and back yard. NBN has just been installed on the mid tier plan.
