Hi! Looking for a short term renter who requires a space for up to 5 months. (After that they can take on the lease if they wish) Short term lease as I'm looking at moving out of Sydney. Lease is till 24th June

This is a modern apartment with a large common space and kitchen. It also has a large balcony.

It's fully furnished, except for the bedroom. The bedroom is large enough for a double bed.

Comes with an entire car spot in a secured underground carpark so you can park your vehicle or store items.

It's a roughly a 8-10 minute walk to Lindfield or Killara station or a 5 minute drive to Gordon where there are shops, gyms, restaurants, ect.

It's also less than 25 minutes to Manly if you like the beach.

Hey, I'm Andy. I'm 28 and work full-time

I'm an active person, usually playing sports or going to the gym throughout the week.

I enjoy a chat at the end of the day, but it's never obligatory and I'm respectful of each other's space. But at the same time, I would like to get to know the person I'm living with.

I thoroughly enjoy a good board game, watching a movie, sharing a drink, or even just some plain old mario kart. I like to be social and would like to have a good bond with my flatmate.

Neatness and respect for common spaces is important to me, and I'm looking for someone who values these things too.
