I have 1 large room with a built-in mirrored wardrobe available in this large 3 bedroom house for short term rent - approximately 3 month term until around April 1. It will be available to inspect around Dec 22, with around January 3-4 as the first date to move in from.

As it's a short term rental I've lowered the price to be $200pw inclusive of utilities.

The bedroom is about 4x4 meters. It's the largest room in the house.

The house is furnished, the bedroom is empty.

10min walk to Normanhurst or Waitara train stations (i do it in 10, but walking speeds vary...). Bus stop to Hornsby and other locations is about 100M walk.

The kitchen has an electric stove/oven, microwave and a dishwasher. The loungeroom / dining is combined and has air-conditioning and gas heating.

There is off street parking on the property but it is not undercover. There is a garage but it is used by me for my car etc, there would be enough room to store a a few small things, but nothing large.

The bathroom only has to be shared with one male. I have my own bathroom.

It's a nice and very quiet location with a decent front and back yard.

House has NBN on the mid tier (50) plan.

Looking for clean, respectful, easy going people. Non-smokers only (of ANY kind, vaping, 420 etc).

You will need to be approved by my real estate agent.

Ordinarily I only rent the room to individuals not couples as the logistics are just easier, however as it's a short term rental I'm open to considering a couple, but my preference is for an individual, and there will be an additional surcharge for a couple to cover costs.

There are 2 other people living here, myself and Vasu. We're both easy-going, friendly people, but have our own lives. I work full-time, Vasu is studying full time at University.

No pets, I have fostered dogs here in the past and generally love animals, but can't have any here at the moment.
