Looking for singles only, but if you have a partner, would prefer if he is over only on weekends. Would prefer if weeknights are just us as I like to crash at the end of the day. I am away most weekends at my partner's and he comes over about once a month (with his dogs), so you will have to be okay with having dogs around once every month or two. If you wish to have people over, weekends would probably be the best time. I value cleanliness and tidiness in a housemate, and someone who is willing to share cleaning duties.
