We are a mother and teenage son family and have a spacious house. Looking at someone who is mature, neat and employed to share with. We are very quiet and enjoy our peace at home. We have 2 bedrooms on offer, one with a King Single bed ($250 pw) and another with a Queen bed, desk and chair ($300single/$400double). All bedrooms with wardrobe. Rental is not inclusive of utilities.
