Also from Reid Hwy you have access to the freeway north or south. You also have lots of access to public transport with Warwick station down the road. Also surrounded lots of shops, Warwick/Stirling/Balcatta/Carine/Gwelup. Lots of nice parks located walking distance if you like to get out and get physical. The house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a pretty reasonable sized backyard. The kitchen/dining/lounge is all open space and the bedrooms are separate. There are two extra rooms in the house where I keep gym equipment and store some of my things, you are welcome to do the same. I have a dog at the house; a miniature dachshund called Cooper, he loves being around people. All bills are included in rent with the exception of Internet. The room available is quite large with a huge wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and a private bathroom. Whoever moves in will have their own wing of the house. The whole house, including the room available has air con and is usually quite cool in summer. I would happily accept another dog at the house, a buddy for coop would be great!
