Great size room available in new villa with female (owner) shift worker and one other flatmate full-time employed in a lovely, quiet area of Warwick. Shared open plan living and kitchen area and shared bathroom with one person. Very safe and secure, quiet, clean, happy and relaxed environment and I value honesty, privacy and respectful behaviour at all times. Non-smokers only. Small 2yr old well behaved dog and 2 cats in household.

Room currently fully furnished with near new king single bed (can be changed to larger bed if needed), bedside table, chest of drawers and large study desk which is currently inside the large double robe as per photos (can be removed if not needed). Some storage space available in garage.

Very central and convenient location close to multiple bus stops and routes including Warwick trainstation, shops (Greewood Village Shopping Centre), parks, takeaway cafes and a Pub. Walking distance to Warwick Shopping centre and Revo Warwick. Very easy car access to Mitchell freeway, Reid Hwy and Wanneroo Road.
