The home is fully furnished with ducted air conditioning; your room has a queen bed, desk, and drawers and is carpeted. If you don't need the furniture it can be moved into storage. It is a shared bathroom with your own sink and mirror. Females only. An uncovered parking space is available, and there is room to store for a small amount of storage if required. The kitchen is small but there is a dishwasher for convenience. You are expected to keep your room clean and tidy and contribute to general maintenance.
