the house is open plan with a dining room seperate to the living, has a cute outdoor area with a BBQ. Super close to shops, highways heading both toward the city and the coast and Griffith university Logan campus. You will have your own bathroom with a massive shower and your own toilet. There is a second room that is empty that can be used for study/hangout/storage or whatever you wish. I have a desk, shelving unit, mirror and a few other things you can use but unfourntley no bed. If you have a car and it makes it up the drive way (my i30 doesn't haha) you are more than welcome to use it. I am not really into partying and I welcome visitors.

The room you would be staying in is 6.5 by 4 meters so enough room for a bed, couch and tv etc. It's also downstairs with no internal access which is good for privacy but the shower and kitchen is upstairs. We have a pretty great back deck with a bbq etc. There's under cover parking, the bus stops almost out the front of the house and we're close but not that close to the train line. Ideally would like someone who's either studying or working but will look at anyone who applies.

Has aircon in main living area & good sized rooms which can fit queen beds - both have built in wardrobes (one double doored, one single doored) Don't have dining table + chairs ATM but will be getting one soon.
