It's a large spacious house with a master suite upstairs where I spend most of my time, leaving you with your own room, bathroom and loungeroom (with space for you to add your own tv if like). The outside of the house is a work in progress but as we are going into winter, that shouldn't really matter! The view from the front balcony is great! I have 2 dogs - a 3yr old Kelpie x and a 5 month old Staffy x. They are allowed inside/outside and sleep in my room at night. Due to already having 2 dogs here, I am not wanting any further pets. I would like a female, 20+ years who is easy to get along with. The house is fully stocked and furnished but if you have your own things we might be able to work something out as there are 2 spare rooms and plenty of storage :)
if you're a dog person you will be in heaven as two funny golden retrievers live here, they love to play, the living room has A/C and so does the available room, fully furnished including a queen side bed for the room (if you have your own bed i can dispose of the current. everything is available to use, 65" T.V, DVD player with a lot of movies i have on a hard drive, i dont have any rules besides basic respect the place and be mindful of others living here, i get the house cleaned professionally once a month so that helps with big chores such as bathrooms, mopping and such.
