Will be sharing with just myself. I work full time during the weeks and am very tidy and quiet when at home. My partner may come to stay 1 or 2 nights a week, and I may be gone for the same amount of time.
Nice quiet courtyard to sit and read/have coffee. A/C in all rooms. Plenty of storage if you need.
Walking distance to Canterbury College, Woolies.
Shared bathroom but I'm only in there to shower. Both toilets are separate to bathroom
