THE APARTMENT It's a gorgeous apartment - spacious, bright, with plenty of outdoor space (it has two balconies off of the living room and a rooftop terrace on the second floor that's private & just for our apartment!). The apartment feels really roomy and everyone certainly has enough of their own space - it feels more like a house. TWO Rooms Available - 1 on 24th March and the other mid- to late May No couples, pets, or smokers This unit is in the Danks St shopping center and has a lovely balcony - pretty much the same area as the indoor portion of the unit. We also get access to the gym, sauna, and lap pool in one of the other buildings. One parking spot is available, but there is also plenty of on-street parking. The Coles and Aldi are just one block away from the apartment, Green Square is 15 minutes walk away, and bus lines into Redfern, Central Station, and the city just two blocks away. There are two rooms available, same price each, one ready as early as 24th March. The unit comes with one off-street parking spot, available in May. We've loved the unit but one flatmate has to leave for a job in Queensland and the other is moving in with friends. The bedrooms and living room have air conditioning and the unit is carpeted throughout. You would be sharing the bathroom with one other flatmate. It's a nice open floor plan and mostly furnished in the common areas, although you're more than welcome to bring some things especially kitchen items and appliances.
