My wife Jess (34)and I (34) have just signed a lease on a light, modern and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom AC flat in Waterloo having recently relocated from the UK.
It is in an ultra modern luxury building with rooftop BBQ, yoga/ workout social space with views of the city.
It is close to transport links into the city, university. Close to Moore/Centennial Park and Eastern suburbs. Lits of amentities walking distance including East Village, Coles, Aldi, Danke street cafes etc.
The spare room is light, bright has AC, walk in wardrobe and separate bathroom for your own use. The flat and room are both in great condition, almost new with a large balcony with green outlook.
We are both starting roles in January as Project/ Change Managers and will hybrid WFH. The flat has an office space separate to the open plan kitchen diner ideal for WFH. Each bedroom has space to setup a small desk also so no issue if you need to WFH too.
We are both active, outdoorsy and will be at the local Parkrun most Saturdays and enjoy home to be a tidy space and base to explore from. We enjoy coastal walks and beach time. We are new to the city so hoping to be sharing our flat with a friend/s we can build a nice relationship with and enjoy all Sydney has to offer.
