This is a glorious apartment in a great location! The Property Details template above does not allow an accurate description of the Zetland apartment I am renting which is is my home. It is beautifully furnished and very spacious. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms including one bath, plus a media room and a very large, long living and food area. Master bedroom with ensuite and balcony in a modern spacious two bedroom apartment in Zetland. Bedrooms are separated by a large living area to maximize privacy. Close to restaurants, Coles, Vintage Cellars, airport, public transport, parks, etc. Outdoor pool in a really safe and quiet complex. If parking is needed, we can find a solution in the building.
12 mins walking distance to Green square station and 4 mins to Villages shopping centre and 4 mins to bus stop 343, 348, M20 and 309. it is brand new apartment current have 1 girl live in 1 bedroom. I am looking for a couple to live in the master room with their own badroom. Building have awesome facilities like swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym and BBQ area at the back with beautiful back yard. Three bedroom, two bathroom, three toilet split level townhouse within heart of popular Zetland. The house is a ten minute walk to Green Square station which is one stop to Central and four stops to Circular Quay. A five minute walk to bus stop with buses into the City either via Crown St, Surry Hills or Central Station and bicycle paths available through Surry Hills into the city. The brand new East Village Shopping Centre that has a Coles and Virgin Active Gym is all but two block away and the apartment complex has a lap pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and sundeck. We are three thirty something professionals and a staffy named Reggie, living in a large 4 bedroom terrace looking for a fourth housemate. We have a lovely courtyard, great for entertaining friends or hanging out with the other housemates over a good chinwag with the mandatory wine/beer/cider :) When you don't feel the social calling you can always retreat to the second living room and binge on TV/movies. This flat is perfect as its a 10 minute walk from both Central station and Redfern station. Lovely area with nice neighbours, great bars, cafes and restaurants very nearby. Our flat is very secure with its own bbq area, pool, hot tub, sauna and gym all included in the price of the rent. The room available short term over Christmas is a double room with 2 wardrobes and en suite bathroom.

You will be sharing with Catherine and Kay, 2 friendly, easy going professionals in our early 30s. This is a very nice place located right at Redfern station, which can take you anywhere. The apartment is spacious and clean with a nice balcony, BBQ and air con. Large kitchen with dishwasher. Local bars, grocers and coffee shops are all within walking distance. My current housemate is moving away to Canada, so he would like to sell all his furnishings to whoever wants to move in.
