The apartment is split into two levels. The room being advertised is located upstairs. It will feel like having your own place, as I rarely go upstairs to use the kitchen or living room. I mainly stay in my room downstairs, which is located next to the laundry. Even then, a lot of privacy is afforded as you don't have to pass or interact with me to use the washing facilities.

The best part are the two huge balconies. One private balcony in the bedroom, and another opening up from the living room. They are very big and have so much potential. The bedroom features a queen bed and built in wardrobes. You will have your own bathroom and a whole fridge to yourself. The living room and dining area is equipped with quality furniture. The place is located in a safe, secure apartment complex. The building itself has great amenities - a gym and a pool is available for use. Two beautiful large parks lie directly across the street, which is super convenient for mental health breaks. There are so many great pubs, restaurants, and breweries in the area. IGA Alexandria is a 5 minute walk down the road, Woolworths Green Square is 10 minutes by foot, and the diverse East Village Shopping Centre is also within walking distance. While unlimited internet is included in the bills, how we split the rest of the bills is up for discussion.

We are in an extremely accessible location, without compromising peace and quiet. It is a 10 minute walk to Green Square station, and a 15 minute walk to Redfern station, (which of course is connected to so many different train lines in Sydney!) There are also multiple bus routes that run nearby, and are excellently connected services. The area is also known for its great bike lanes for the avid cyclist. The place is quite nice, so it is very important to me that you are super clean, tidy, avoid house parties, and understand respectful apartment living, as we are surrounded by people and I am good friends with my neighbours.
