About the flatmates
Local (Aus born and raised) in my 30s working in finance, mostly in the office. Usually at work, gym, beach, playing squash/tennis, a concert/music festival, out with friends or just chilling at home. I am also the property owner and looking to rent out the spare bedroom (there will be a formal NSW Tenancy Agreement with bond).
Respectful and considerate of others’ privacy and generally like to keep the place clean, organised and peaceful. Based on previous experiences, I am a big believer in having good communication and being realistic about expectations.
