This is a family home.
---The old father lives in the master bedroom
with its ensuite. He quite likes playing golf. He may go to the
golf course 2-3 times every week. HIs wife visits him every
weekend and will leave in the late
afternoon every Sunday. They are all easy to take care of
themselves. They may only stay at their room most of
the time except mealtime. They don't watch TV and never play games. They may go to bed early in the evening.
--- Their son may visit the home in the weekend and one or two days in
the weekday to look after their parents. He may stay in the
study room when he is at home and return to his home during
the rest days of the week. They share the bathroom in the
master room.
---One or two workers or other family members may visit the
home one or two days every week. They deliver the food and
other life stuff to the old father or provide the
cleaning service. So, cleaning service is provided
in the share area every two weeks for free
---The tenant will occupy the second large sunny north-facing
bedroom with its own full bathroom on the 11th floor. It has stunning city view.
