Our flat is a cosy two bedroom unit in a prime location - just a ten minute walk from North Sydney station or a five minute walk to McMahon's Point ferry, with water views just about any direction you walk in, as well as from our balcony. Sunsets are pretty spectacular to say the least! There's also amazing restaurants right at your doorstep, Anytime Fitness is also only a five minute walk away, with Aldi and Coles supermarkets just in North Sydney as well, making it an amazingly convenient location to live. We love going for walks in the area after work - there are amazing views of the bridge and opera house just a short walk down our street. As for the flat itself, we have kitted it out completely so you would only need to bring furnishings for your room. In terms of cleaning, we do maintain a rotating cleaning roster so the apartment is always in a respectable shape. This means everyone has to clean an area of the house on a weekly basis, which usually only takes an hour and we've found this works well as everyone pitches in equally and no one feels like they're doing more than they should. We love having our friends and family over for dinner every so often, but we also like going out and having quiet nights on the couch in equal measure. We're usually home and we cook quite often during the week, and then we will go out and about on the weekend, but this is not a party house, and would suit someone similar to us in this respect.
