The building is only a few months old so everything is brand new. It is fully furnished but you can bring your own bedroom furniture if you want to. The building has a gym up on level 19 and a rooftop infinity pool over looking the harbour with a great entertaining area and BBQ which you can book out. You also get some amazing sunsets up there so it is nice to chill by the pool and watch the sun set in the evenings.
