The room & apartment

I’m looking for a new flatmate from early April, as my current housemate is moving back to the UK at the end of March. The current tenancy runs until 15 May, with the option to extend and take on the lease together as a full-time tenant if it’s a good fit.

The apartment is a modern 2-bedroom place in Waverton, North Sydney, in a lovely, safe, and friendly neighbourhood. It’s in an unbeatable spot — 5 minutes’ walk to Waverton train station and 10 minutes to the Victoria Cross Metro, making it super easy to get into the CBD or around the North Shore. We’re just off the Pacific Highway, with cafes, shops, pubs, and coastal walks all close by.

The bedroom is well sized, bright, and comfortable, with plenty of space to make it your own. You’ll be sharing a clean, modern bathroom.

The living space is air-conditioned and fully set up, with everything you see available for shared use. The apartment also has:
