Furnished room with a built in wardrobe, available in a 2 bedroom security access unit in Waverton. I have just furnished the room with all brand new furniture and bedding. This is a safe location close to the city and North Sydney. 3 minutes walk to Waverton train station, and approx 20 minutes walk to North Sydney. I have most of the major appliances already including : Fridge, microwave, washer, dryer, UHD TV, Weber BBQ, Dyson Vacuum, Dyson Fan, Steam mop, portable air conditioner....etc. Parking is on street only, however there is always plenty available. Internet is an unlimited NBN 100/40 connection. My ideal flatmate will be a female, looking for a new home for 1+ years(3 month minimum), and who is reliable and sociable. Hello :) Myself and my flatmate are current tenants of a 3 bedroom, clean, fully renovated, bright and quiet apartment in Waverton. It's a lovely flat where you can enjoy the afternoon sun and sunset or sit on the patio during the morning to mid-afternoon sun. Third flatmate is moving back to their home country Thursday, 27th June 2019 - so room available from evening of 27th June. We're like a housemate who is clean, tidy and respectful. This is an all female apartment in a quiet apartment block :) Our apartment is on level 1 (not ground level) of a 3 story brick building. Room on South side; with unused parking spaces below and elderly couples as neighbours across the way - quiet neighbours that own their own homes. The train station and local cafes are a 4 minute walk away and North Sydney a 10 minute walk. The room itself has a large window that can be opened and comes unfurnished (a Queen sized iKea bed base and mattress not pictured to buy off tenant), although there is a built in wardrobe with plenty of draws and railing to hang and store clothes. The lounge and kitchen have the basics: a couch, washing machine, shared dryer downstairs for free, fridge/freezer, microwave, pots, pans and utensils. You are more than welcome to contribute to the furnishing :) Move in date would be from a Thursday, 27th June. Thursday is rent day.
