We live in a beautiful top floor modern apartment set inside a lovely park in Wollstonecraft called Brennan Park. The location is what makes our apartment truly special! The apartment gets plenty of sun with a leafy outlook from every window. It's a stone's throw from the city but feels like you're in a relaxing, secluded location. Stylishly designed from the inside, including modern appliances such as dishwasher, gas stove and oven as well as air-conditioning and gas heating. The place is really well maintained without any insects or pests. We take a lot of pride in our home and always make sure it's clean and tidy. We are a 5-10 minute walk to Waverton station which is 3 stops from Wynyard station in the city. Total travel time to the city (door-to-door) is 20-25 mins and trains leave every 2-3 mins during peak hour or 5-10 mins during off peak times. Additionally, we are well placed near Crows Nest (10 min walk) which has plenty of cafes, shops, restaurants and bars. We live with a gorgeous little cat which I guess is part of the package :)

We love living here because it's so central but still has a relaxed suburban feel. The house is fully furnished. There is a cute little patio and garden out the back which is lovely in the summer.
