Quiet, leafy and safe location while being very convenient - only 5 minutes walk to the nearest train station (Waverton) and bus stops (on Pacific Hwy). Every 2-3 minutes a train during peak hours and it only takes 10 minutes to get to Wynyard/Town Hall/Chatwood. If you work in North Sydney, it takes a leisurely walk of 9 minutes to get to the center of North Sydney (the Post Office). The townhouse is not flashy brand new but cosy and clean. I am working on planting more flowering plants in the garden but right now its filled with roses and camellias. There are 1.5 bathrooms available for you and one other lady so even though you may need to wait for the shower, you won't need to hold for toilet. Barely a five minute walk to the centre of Crows Nest. Close to the shops, public transport, cafés and handy to the Crowie Pub.
