Max. 3 people living in the house including us. We have one bathroom and two separate toilets. Bedroom is nice, not crazy big, but it is enough for one person. Bedroom has a built in wardrobe, and if necessary, the current flatmate is willing to leave behind the double bed and a chest of drawers. Basically, up to you, we can get rid of it as well. We have a huge Herdsman Lake park just 2 minutes away from our place, bus stop is 3 minutes walking distance, plenty of busys towards the city and towards the beach. 24 hours IGA 3 minutes drive, shops and a bottleshop walking distance. We have a spare bike if you want to use it. The price is $180 weekly and $30 for bills, so $210 in total and nothing else on top, covering water, electricity and internet. You're going to love this place. Close to some great little cafes in Wembley we're a couple of minutes walk from lake Monga and a few more minutes to Leederville. It's a large house which allows us to all live somewhat independently and have our own space. Having said that, there's an awesome outdoor area for BBQ's and the kitchen works well for dinner parties (not that we're having raging parties all of the time). There's plenty of parking and its close to public transport. Just me and Luciana at the moment (1 guy, 1 girl, both working professionals, not a couple). We enjoy the occasional drink, don't smoke and are out most of the time on weekends. We're both quite clean and whilst we enjoy a chat we're not living out of each others pockets. Bedroom up for grabs comes with some furniture if you need it and its quite a large room. How large you ask... well... last housemate had a king size bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a piano and still had room for more. There's 4 major shopping hubs including the city close by. Two gyms and the beach and Lake Monger are minutes away. The best Irish pub in Perth in the corner of the street! West Leederville train station 2 minute walk. This situation would suit a mature female professional but I will consider all applicants. And you must love dogs (yours would be welcome if it got on well with mine). There is occasionally a second dog on the property as I'm a dogsitter/walker. I'm a mature but young at heart small business owner. I work really hard, so home is for quiet time not party time. I have my own living space at the front of the house. So you have your own lounge and TV area. There's only one bathroom but it's never been an issue. Im looking for a neat, borderline OCD housemate. The tenants have their own bathrooms and share a large, fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge/dining room. Both rooms have an air con unit and a TV. Private outdoor areas on the front of the property are available for relaxation. The rent is around $350, including all costs. It depends on the length of the stay and the number of tenants. Free Wifi and Foxtel connections are available, too. The tenants have access to the onsite laundry and can park their cars in the property's car bays in front of the house. The bond is $500. Shannon House will be soon heritage listed and has a long tradition of welcoming and looking after people among its walls. In our spacious guesthouse a multicultural community of people share their lifes while studying or working in Perth. We regularly have here exchange students, students in internships programs or in language schools and working holiday makers from all over the world. It is also comfortable for those locals who prefer a relaxed, flexible and worry free life style in a convenient and nice location with no lock in contracts. The long stay rent is $160 per person in the spacious and bright multi share rooms with 5 king size single beds (No bunk beds!) and good storage, including a lockable robe. In the double/twin rooms the long stay rent is $175 per person. In these rooms two persons share a room. If you stay for less than a month, the weekly rate will be $170 per person in the multi share room and $185 per person in the twin/double room. The weekly rates include all costs. No bills to pay!!! The bond is only $170 and only one week notice of departure is required!!! The HOUSE is fully furnished and equipped and it has a relaxed and homely atmosphere. Bed linen is provided and washed free of charge. Air conditioning is available in the whole house. There are a semi commercial kitchen and a laundry as well as two loundge/TV /dining rooms, a front veranda and a courtyard with BBQ and pizza oven on the property. A recent addition is the table tennise table. Free Wifi, Foxtel connection and free coffee/tea are available all day. On the regular free shared meal nights and other occasions our small community has a chance to come together around the large communal table to enjoy the food and the company. No worries about cleaning as this service is provided every day free of charge. The kitchen is the only area where you need to clean up after yourself. You are welcome to visit the HOUSE and meet us!
