Great location, lots of shops and bus stops right outside. 10 mins from city beach, 10 mins from the city. Close to freeway entries. We have netflix and unlimited internet included. Small grass area out the front for chilling. The House itself is nice and cosy. Aircon in the main house but not in the room.
You're going to love this place. Close to some great little cafes we're a couple of minutes walk from lake Monga and a few more minutes to Leederville. It's a large house which allows us to all live somewhat independently and have our own space. Having said that, there's an awesome outdoor area for BBQ's and the kitchen works well for dinner parties (not that we're having raging parties all of the time). There's plenty of parking and its close to public transport. Just me and Luciana at the moment (1 guy, 1 girl, both working professionals, not a couple). We enjoy the occasional drink, don't smoke and are out most of the time on weekends. We're both quite clean and whilst we enjoy a chat we're not living out of each others pockets. Bedroom up for grabs comes with some furniture if you need it and its quite a large room. How large you ask... well... last housemate had a king size bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a piano and still had room for more. We'd love to live with a full time working professional or someone who works and studies. No couples please. Let us know if you're keen!

Its only a couple of minutes walk from West Leederville Train Station (2 stops away from the city) and many neighbourhood bars and restaurants. Leederville is also only a 10 minute walk away for more of a variety with food. Perth City is a 45minute walk away and 10-15min drive from City beach. The only thing that needs paying in terms of amenities is the electricity bill. Other than that, every thing else is included in rental price (including internet). There is one bathroom in the house, though there is an extra toilet out the back, in the laundry. The rooms each come with a carpark, either around the back of the house or on-street parking with permit. We're gutted to be looking for new housemates although our current housemates lease has expired and they wish to find a property with cheaper rent.

There is only one car bay for the apartment, which you can use when I'm not there, but as I'm coming and going on an irregular basis I can't guarantee it all the time as I will need it when I'm down in Perth. Street parking is available but subject to 2 hour time limit during the day, therefore it would suit someone who either doesn't have a car or drives to work during the day. Bills are $20/wk, I have my own internet supplied by work but there is Telstra Air (wifi) nearby or you are welcome to set up your own. This is a very clean and tidy home, with respect for things important. I'm very easy going and trust that the place will be looked after in my absence, so not suitable if you take drugs, drink heavily or smoke.
