Meet Tu at the corner store, Paul and Jerry at our local small bar (The Stanley) and the cute burger boys & girls at Flipside, all a minutes walk away, with 24 hour Wembley Super IGA (supermarket) and Pub also within easy walking-stumbling distance. The house is fully furnished, although the larger bedroom is not. It’s a nice, comfortable, spacious house with a large living room, separate TV area, an awesome kitchen, and large dining area. The backyard is LARGE. There is also a LARGE shed. There is also a LARGE outdoor entertaining area, all very well kept and pleasant. We are looking for a similar minded, LATE 20's (minimum) to early 40's professional, non-smoker (a must), who enjoys a healthy work-life balance (because somebody has to!), likes a good party and is social but also responsible, can show some initiative to help maintain a relatively clean and tidy household (it is a big house, so it does require some regular effort). Other particulars include a month's rent is required up front as bond and rent is paid in advance FORTNIGHTLY. Rent includes high speed wireless broadband with generous download quota, however, power/water/gas bills not included. Wembley is situated close to the city and also the beach. The house is quiet and has a great vibe to it . People love staying here and always stay long term. There are numerous bus stops that take you directly in to the city, UWA, Fremantle and the beach. There is a park opposite the house, a gym, shops and coffee places in walking distance. Herdsman lake is at the end of the street which is great for exercising! Wembley is a very friendly suburb of Perth. The room you will be renting is fully furnished and very spacious with a large desk, chest of drawers, built in robe and timber flooring. Linen can be supplied if necessary. You will be sharing the bathroom with two others.

At moment, 25yo male working in full time and an overseas working holiday 28 yo, male live there. The bedroom that you are renting will be available either furnished or unfurnished depends on what kind of furniture you have and what else you need. Public transport is especially easy to use from here. we have enough space in the driveway for three cars side by side and a large backyard. Our backyard has multiple Fig trees, a HUGE lemon tree and an Orange tree that gives us the juiciest fruit and Pomegranate tree out in the front yard. This is and Italian house so there's plenty of space and the house just keeps producing food. We have a pool set up in that backyard in summer which is to die for. There is a large office in the basement where you can study, work etc. We have great Telstra internet and nice carpets in the rooms and the hallway that lkeads to the rooms. There is also a second toilet located just outside the backdoor. Everything is fairly modern (no floorboards). genuinely a nice place to live.
