You're going to love this place. Close to some great little cafes in Wembley we're a couple of minutes walk from lake Monga and a few more minutes to Leederville. It's a large house which allows us to all live somewhat independently and have our own space. Having said that, there's an awesome outdoor area for BBQ's and the kitchen works well for dinner parties (not that we're having raging parties all of the time). There's plenty of parking and its close to public transport. Just me and Luciana at the moment (1 guy, 1 girl, both working professionals, not a couple). We enjoy the occasional drink, don't smoke and are out most of the time on weekends. We're both quite clean and whilst we enjoy a chat we're not living out of each others pockets. Bedroom up for grabs comes with some furniture if you need it and its quite a large room. How large you ask... well... last housemate had a king size bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a piano and still had room for more. The room has become available after my house mate moved back to Cambodia after studying and working in Perth It's a great complex off a pretty quiet street and very central. It's Close to West Perth, West Leederville, Leederville and City West train stations and a couple kilometres walking distance to the CBD. Coles and IGA are both located within walking distance and there are several coffee shops on railway road, as well as open spaces and parks. Lease has been running consistently for 2+ years and there is currently a queen bed in the room if required and has a built in robe. I'm a working professional in my twenties and this place would suit a working professional or student who likes to be close to the City, UWA, Kaplan and transport and there is a desk available for the room.
