It is on the first floor (only stair access) and is secure with video intercom. There is ducted reverse cycle aircon to all rooms. As I've just moved in, I've only got the basics so far, but everything is brand new! Including washer and dryer, fridge and tv. Your room will comfortably fit a queen bed and has heaps of built in storage! Across the hallway is a private bathroom for you. There is a large window that opens for some fresh air and comes complete with block out shades. The apartment is walking distance to everything you could need. A Woolworths and Coles/Target a 200m walk away. Rockeby Road and Hay St a 10 minute walk. Subiaco station a 3 minute walk away. There is limited parking available on the street. During the day (8am-5pm, weekdays) it is limited to 1h or paid parking. So this would suit someone who drives to work better.
