You will be sharing with one female only, friendly and easy-going.
Great location - next to Daglish train station, on the airport link and 6 min ride to CBD. 10 min walk to Rokeby Road and all the bars and restaurants.
I am out more than at home as have many hobbies 😊 I also like to chill occasionally and watch some TV with a glass of wine. (Netflix and Prime included)
I am respectful of others and their privacy and lived in shared houses many times before. I like to keep my house clean and tidy and will ask you to do the same.
This is not a party house though, as during the week I have to be up early for work and also work from home few days per week. (office set up is in my room and not the common areas)
Looking preferably for FIFO workers – the room is for 1 person only. If you are away a lot due to roster, I am happy to negotiate much lower price to account for this.
