Hi! My partner and I have found this old-world mansion. It is a very beautiful, spacious home with old wooden floor boards, high ceilings and eye catching views with glimpses of the ocean. Unfortunately, there is no furniture inside yet to give a better perspective on how spacious and beautiful it is (I will upload new photos when we get the furniture inside). The house is also super conveniently located near: the CBD, uni, the hospital, Wollongong train station and is literally right on the free bus route. The bedrooms available are large, double rooms with huge built-in wardrobes that can easily store anyone's clothes, and everything else. Once all of the rooms are taken there will be 5 of us living together in total. My partner and I will have our own living area at the front of the house and the other 3 housemates will have a large living room at the back. All 5 of us will also share the large kitchen/dining area. The kitchen/dining area will be great for cooking and hanging out in with plenty of storage, fridge space, utensils and a good quality gas stove for cooking on. This is a comfortable sharehouse because of how much living, and bedroom space there is. Also, it will be a very quiet home when needed because there are brick walls and the living areas are all very separate from the bedrooms, meaning plenty of sound insulation. There is also a nice backyard and balcony area that can be used for hanging out in. There is air conditioning throughout the house as well as gas heating to keep our home comfortable all year round. The furniture that I will bring in will all be nice and good quality. I'm very house proud so I will make sure the furniture makes the place look nice. If you need furniture in your bedroom I can also probably provide it for the most part (I can tell you more about this when you come visit). Bad things about this property :( - One of the bedrooms is painted bright blue which will probably make most people's eyes hurt lol. We are hoping that the landlord will let us paint it white. - The bathroom areas are tad old fashion and ugly haha, but they are very functional and clean with plenty of space. The toliet, bathroom and shower are in 3 separate rooms, plus an extra toliet + laundry out back, ensuring that you won't be waiting for someone else to finish up.
