The unit is right at the heart of Wollongong city within the shopping district, surrounded by shops, cafes and other amenities. The property is about a 10 minute walk to the free bus and the mall whilst being far enough away that the noise of the city isn't heard much. The house is rather large and spacious with a large concrete backyard and a vegie patch. NBN unlimited internet (still have to share speed though). Tends to be very quiet on weekends though there is some commercial noise during the week.

Cost includes all bills/unlimited NBN/wifi, as well as household items like toilet paper and all soaps, cleaners etc. No smoking inside, however if you do smoke, outside on the terrace it's fine.
