The house stays very cool in summer, but gets quite cold in winter.
The room gets lots of natural light through a large window and is very peaceful.
Furthermore, the whole house comes furnished with lounges, a TV, and plenty of cookware & utensils you are more than welcome to use.
Any personal belongings or utensils are to be respected.
We split the electricity & water bill evenly to avoid hassle, which is generally about $60 - $80 / Month in total.
