I’ve just moved into this cute flat in Williamstown. It’s two bed with two bath so we each have our own bathroom. Rooms have built in robes too. The place has a balcony & so much storage it’s unreal. Photos from the listing. Place is fully furnished except your room. I don't have a washing machine, this is space for one if you do but there is laundromat downstairs. We will be walking distance (less than 500m) to North Williamstown train which takes you to southern cross or flinders. Across the road is a cute cafe, plus all of Williamstown’s finest eats & drinks less than 1km up the road - including the bay! Lease is until August and your bond is $1070. There is free street parking. I have Internet already - unlimited for $42.5 each. I also have Netflix and happy to share. Bills are about $30/m each for elec & $15/m each for gas. I haven't got a water bill yet but can’t imagine it’s extravagant.

We all go to a gym 3 mins door-to-door (I’ve timed it), there is a park across the road and a dangerously close supermarket. Free tram 1 min away will get you into the CBD in 5 mins and Southern Cross Station is only a 5 min walk away if you need to go further. Honestly just an excellent location!

The house is very spacious and it’s in a great location, it's a big house and a stone's throw away from the beach. Great in summer. The living room is massive with a large bay window that looks down on the eildon rd. It's a dead end st so it's pretty quiet. Looking for a potential flatmate long term. Holds permanent residency or sponsored through their work. The living room also has a walk out balcony and so does the kitchen. The room for rent is spacious , it will be unfurnished so you can move your own stuff in. It has a fantastic balcony that looks down onto he garden. Aircon for the hot summer nights. The balcony is a sun trap and its lovely in the evenings. The room also has built in robes. It's not a party house if you get me, into healthy living and we have respect for other flatmates.
