We have a super happy home, it’s kinda cold but super cosy. We have a bidet which is just kind of hilarious. Don’t worry there’s a real toilet too. 20 min walk from Newport station or there’s a bus stop across the road. We have a nice backyard, a BBQ and a fire pit. There are currently three of us here, but one is moving out at the beginning of Feb, so we will have a spare bedroom, which we are hoping to fill! We sometimes hang out with a few beers and a movie, but also keep to ourselves. We’d love someone independent who also likes to be involved in the fun of living all together :)

There are excellent public transport options with a bus to Newport railway station but it would be helpful to have your own car to get you around more efficiently. There is a drive way to park your car but no garage access. It’s only a short drive to Williamstown and Altona which are bursting with eateries and beaches. There is a lovely nature walking track at Newport Lakes.

We love the location of this property, super close to the city with the West Gate extremely accessible, and only a short drive to Williamstown and surrounding beaches. Very close to shops, restaurants and Yarraville Village. Public transport is also easily accessible from the property. The house itself is quirky but charming, boasting hardwood floors and aircon/heating in main areas, with a decent front yard and beautiful garden perfect for cracking a few tinnies. The advertised room itself is spacious, unfurnished, with BIR and it's own split system. We also have a spare 32" TV for use within the room if wanted. Side note: The rent for the house is $1928 per month, and we prefer to split that evenly between the number of tenants living here.
