About the room: The room is 2.5 X 5.2Mtr in size, has an Air Conditioner and a nice leadlight window. Costs are $160 per week - paid monthly it is $695.24, including internet but not including Gas, Water & Electricity, those bills come every 2 or so months and are divided evenly by 4. Location: Our house is an 8 minute walk to Newport station (with cafes and shops along the way), you generally won't have to wait any longer than 10 mins for a train to the city, it will take roughly 15-20 mins to get to the cbd. Driving to the city can take anywhere between 15-30 mins. Also Williamstown and Altona Beaches are about a 5-10 minute drive away, both easily accessible by train too.
