Sarah and I live in the top floor apartment of a six apartment block. The apartment is spacious with awesome views. There's double glass doors that open onto the balcony allowing a constant view and airflow. And we get daily sunsets and sunrises! We have the place decorated funky yet relaxed and its our happy place. The room will be unfurnished and also has a beautiful view and double wardrobes. There's plenty or storage throughout the apartment and also in the garage if needed. There is a bus right outside our apartment block that goes straight into the Valley, as well as train stations just a 5 minute stroll away. Both Toombul and Lutwyche shops are close by as well and plenty of cafes and restaurants around the area. Also if you need a gym, there are several around the area as well. The unit is great for public transport. 5-10 minutes walk to eagle junction station and bus stop just across the road. Although 1 bathroom the toilet is seperate so no issues if someone else is showering. Internet is included along with electricity and water. There is plenty of on street parking and it is a safe street, we have never had any issues. The room and townhouse is furnished but if you'd like to use your own bedroom furniture then the current bedroom furniture could be moved out for you. There is a large, modern kitchen so perfect if you like cooking! I have a friendly cat who mainly stays in my room but does sometimes roam around the house when I'm home. Unfortunately the owner has requested no other pets. The room is ready to be moved into from the 14th of October.
