Nice modern apartment. Room comes with a portable air-conditioner and a good cityscape view (which I didn't think to photograph, remind me to get on that). Garage space. 10-15 minute train or bus ride to city (Bus stop to the city is literally at the front door). Shops and restaurants within walking distance too. The apartment is easy to keep clean and looks great. Plus its a floor up and very secure (high and secure enough that there's never any bugs of any kind too). Available Sept/Oct-ish. Pretty flexible to suit your availability :) Oh and, bond is paid straight to me, I'll be happy to help if paying it all in one go is a bit of a hit during the move. Trust is a good first foot to get started on :)
The master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, walk in robe, block out blinds and air conditioning is available to rent! The townhouse is close to the train and bus as well as shops and the airport. There is plenty of on street parking and it is a safe street, we have never had any issues. The room and townhouse are furnished. The bed frame is quite tricky to move so it would be great if you're happy to use the one that is already there. It is queen size so if you have your own queen mattress then that is fine! There is a large, modern kitchen so perfect if you like cooking! I have a friendly cat who mainly stays in my room but does sometimes roam around the house when I'm home. Unfortunately the owner has requested no other pets. The room is ready to be moved into immediately!

This is a really lovely new (ish) block of units! It is only 1 year old and have had no issues so far. Always visitor parking available and also along the street. The place is a good size, has great lighting and a good-sized balcony with a dining set if you need. Features includes: Internet, Aircon, Netflix. You will have the second bedroom with a huge bathroom and shower for your use. The Washing machine is shared as it is in the second bathroom. It is is really convenient location. About ~10 minutes to Chermside Shopping Centre and also around ~10-15 minutes into the Brisbane CBD.
