Hi, we've got a room in a great Queenslander style house. It's close to everything (public transport, Coles and Aldi supermarkets, cafes etc.) and you're only sharing the house with us two other girls. We've got a really big, clean kitchen and a nice lounge room with couches. Our backyard is facing the lit-up city skyline at night. PLEASE NOTE: this is a short-term accommodation until the end of May. The room itself easily fits a double bed and can come fully furnished or empty, whichever you prefer! Very conveniently located (especially for any QUT students out there). 15 min walk to coles and a 10 min drive to the massive Chermside shopping centre. Also a very beautiful park/ river/ walkway just around the corner. Washing machine, dishwasher and aircon all included. We also have a cute back veranda thats great for entertaining and a little yard :) room is spacious and built in wardrobe is great for storage. Rules are pretty lax here, we just would like someone who is respectably tidy And can appreciate being social at times
