Hi there ððŒ looking for a new housemate to join in a modern apartment in Newstead.
Youâll be living with Josh(33) and me(29). We are two young professionals who likes hanging out with our close friends (a lot of them also live in the neighborhood.) Iâm a big foodie who also likes to cook.
Hobbies we do together or on our own include farmerâs market run, cafe hop, painting, golfing, rock climbing, movie nights, and sunbathing.
We value a positive friendly living environment so a respectful nature and an ability to politely communicate are a must. While understanding at times everyone needs a space to recharge and wind down, it is also important to us to avoid a passive housemate who does not connect.
We are looking for someone to inject their energy into the space. We want you to add something and make it your home, at the same time enjoy the Newstead lifestyle together.
