There is a pool just outside the granny flat and the room and kitchen is fully self contained .Not a party house but i am ok with a couple of drinks and a great sense of humour .. No drugs plz. .Whilst i have no interenet i can get it on my phone.House is close to buses and eville shopping centre . Would suit fly in fly out Prefer a middle aged person. .Person must be full time employed and not on centrelink. My house is located in westcourt close to the TAFE. It is opposite the DFO which has both a taxi rank and a bus terminal which is perfect for anyone who doesn't have a car. The DFO also has an active gym, which is located on the premises. I have great neighbours, an awesome backyard and a great breeze on the verandah. I am currently studying a bachelor of education and on my last year. It would be great to have someone who is also studying but that's not compulsory. Rooms are all air-conditioned and fully furnished. I do have two dogs so you do need to be a pet lover, they are well behaved and enjoy playing with people. I am pretty easy going.... excluding exam times, and would love to find someone similar to me. - Please clean up after yourself - Prefer a non-smoker as I am a non-smoker. My permanent housemate is very chilled as am I, so as long as you're reasonably clean and tidy this house will make a perfect home for you.
