Room has newly installed cold, quiet aircon , large recliner chair and has room for desk.
It has beautiful views, is on a quiet street in a very safe neighbourhood.
There is access to bedroom from downstairs entrance also. There is seperate living area diwnstairs( as shown in photo), which tenant could make their own.
The tenant must love dogs.
My dog is an Neo mastiff(Cane Corso). She means the world to me and is my shadow, she is very intuitive when it comes to people . She is fully trained and quiet and no bother to anyone. She can be separated from downstairs with doggy gate.
We are busy people who value peace and harmony and respect each others lives, while being polite, friendly and hospitable

About the flatmates
In the home there is myself, my sister, her son( 17)( he’s polite, very quiet and never home) and my dog (5 year old female spayed dog).
We all work full time and I also study. We are clean, relaxed, tidy and any spare time we are out and about at the beach ,markets, out with the dog, oversees (we’re from uk originally), or watch psychological thrillers or cooking. I like to clean( I find it therapeutic), and I like my environment to be organised and I do compromise, so we all feel relaxed in our home.
We are all very independent and do our own interests.
My dog is friendly and will tolerate other large dogs, but doesn’t necessarily want to play with them.she has lived with dogs previously . She prefers human company.
Occasionally we go out to dinner or show/live band. We are not big drinkers, we don’t blast music and we respect each other and their space, but are more than happy to share a meal or chat.
We are well travelled and love to meet new people and share experiences
