About the property
It’s a two story QLD so it’s very big, we’ve got 3 x hangout spaces so if you want some space theirs lots of room to chill out! We are across the road from DFO & Cazalys so plenty of places to walk too, Close bus stop and within 3 minutes walk of multiple coffee shops! We are approx a 10 minute drive from the esplanade and a 4 minute walk to the bus stop. Unlimited highspeed Wi-fi, Netflix, Stan, Binge & Disney are also included in the rent. The house is fully furnished, so you will not need to bring anything other then your personal belongings. Fridges, washing machines, all kitchen and living items are supplied to be shared. Garden maintance is also included. All bills are included in the rent including gas, electricity, water and internet.
The room itself is fully furnished, including Queen Bed + Mattress, drawers and a freestanding clothes hanger. This room has a brand new split system air conditioner, we only ask that you bring your own linen.

About the flatmates
I am looking for a housemate to join myself Chelsea (30) owner & other flatmate Sascha from Denmark (34) whom has been living with us for a few months on her move to Cairns. Brandon, Chelsea's partner is lives here but is on a FIFO roster and is not here 1/2 the year.
Chelsea has brought the property and works underneath the house (big 2 story) and runs an Indoor Plant store, so if you love plants it’s a pretty cool little space for selfies. We are all bubbly and happy go lucky people, we are very easy going people who are just here to love life. We would love for someone similar to join us, we like a cheeky wine and binge watching trash TV.
We have two puppies Pepper (12 months) is our Blue Cattle Dog baby. She is very spoilt and friendly. Diesel (6 years) is our tiny Mini Foxie, he currently is over having a new sister as he is very much a lap dog and an only child. They are both very friendly, they spend most of their time downstairs during the day and occasionally come up at night. They are both house trained, we do ask that you are a dog lover! It is really important that you do like dogs as it is their home too, luckily the house is very large. We are animal people and would like to find someone similar.
Although we love a tequila we aren't a party house, as we are all approaching our 30's we are down for house chills and a wine but do also appreciate our down time. We ask that if your a social person the parties remain at the clubs, but we are always down for a wine if you ask! We have been a long term share house for the last two years. The room & house is fully furnished, all you need is yourself and personal belongings. We are looking for someone prefer to stay for a few months, not interested in couples or sorry. We have had lot's of travellers rent with us we still remain close friends with everyone till this day!
