we are in a 2 story house in Yamba, we have 2 spare rooms but ideally only want 1 flat mate. Our room and bathroom is upstairs so you will basically have the run of downstairs, with a bathroom and a seperate lounge room down there too. We have Foxtel in both our upstairs and downstairs lounge rooms and that will be included of course, we also have unlimited wifi and all bills will be included in the rent. Our whole house is fully furnished but if you would rather bring your own furniture we can arrange the room to be cleared. We have a cool outdoor entertainment area and a pool as well :)
Lovely view of the river across the road with a flat walk to town. Yamba is about 20kls away. Nice garden with lots of outdoor areas and a bbq. It's a freshly renovated three bedroom house, located on the top of a hill above the Golfe Course with nice walks around. The house is surrounded by gardens and a Koala Reserve at the back.
