About the property
We are renting out our large downstairs bedroom (3.4m x 4.3m) outside of the bedroom is our laundry with second bathroom. (This would be your bathroom, although we will occasionally need access to do laundry).
Currently the bedroom is furnished but we are able to store the furniture if you have your own. There is a split system heating/cooling in the bedroom.
Upstairs is the open plan living, dining and kitchen area, main bathroom and 3 bedrooms. All fully furnished/equiped.
The living area is filled with lots of natural light, plants, a split system (heating/cooling) and a wood fire place for a very cosy winter. We also have a decking upstairs that overlooks our large backyard - very nice to relax on the hammock up here.

About the flatmates
We are a couple looking to rent out 1 of our spare bedrooms. We live mainly upstairs with our dog Kelsey.
We both work full time and appreciate quiet and relaxing week days. On weekends we like to go for walks, gardening, playing board games and going down to the beach.
We like to keep our house neat and tidy. We are respectful of giving you space but are also happy to do group dinners or movies nights.
