The house is located in Parklakes 2 with a short 2 minute walk to 'The Local', park and lake, with only a 5 minute drive to the local IGA, take away stores, physio, jetts gym etc.. The home includes some great features such as air conditioning, a pool table, dryer and a communal Xbox one. The room has a built in wardrobe and ceiling fan and is big enough for a queen bed, tv cabinet, bookshelf or anything else you want to fit in there :) You can also use the rumpus room as a study area as none of us currently use it. I live on the property in a granny flat out the back seperate from the house and we share the laundry and downstairs area but the house is all yours . I am very easy to get along with but I pretty much keep to myself, happy to socialise if you feel like it , its up to you. There is a single roller door garage that fits 2 cars one behind the other and parking for 2 cars off street in front of the house. house has airconditioning . house has recently been painted throughout interior I pay a % of the power bill and water bill that we will agree on at time of rent. maintenance of yard etc is shared Bond will be put with bond authority and rent paid into a rental account weekly
