About the property
There's a little balcony which is great for a morning coffee or evening wine and the apartment backs onto a park. Our street is relatively quiet and isn't far to town, where there are a ton of op shops. Yandina does a great market on Saturday mornings and of course lots of waterholes around.
Has been a comfortable size unit for a couple and think we'll manage fine since I'll be away a fair amount.
Has internet, washing machine and all kitchen appliances.

Hiya I'm Nikki!
Originally from SA, I've been living on the coast for the last 3 years after doing a lap of Aus in my van.
I am a musician and instrumental teacher (violin) and teach a couple hours a week out of my room. I will be on tour with my band a lot this year so won't be home very much (like a FIFO). I'm looking for a down to earth person mid 20's to 30's, likes early mornings, having a chat, creative is a plus and is capable of maintaining the rental while I'm on tour.
I've lived in share houses before and am very considerate of others capacities.
I love being out in nature, doing van life, going on adventures, surfing, yoga, pilates, hiking, sewing and creating. I'd like to come home and have a chat at the end of our day.
