We have a gas BBQ also. This is a chill zone . I don’t drink during the week apart from the odd Friday beer / red wine. The property size is 1.5acres mostly gum trees.

About the flatmates
Late 30yr old surfer , artist & builder. Out the door by 6:30am home around 5pm. Easy going , quiet and happy.
Currently have one Japanese house mate in the smaller room. He is cool, super chilled surfer dude.
I have 6 chickens that make us eggs daily and 2 fish.
Unfortunately the property is not fenced yet so dogs not house-able at this stage .
