Its Private and quiet except for the birds and has its own outdoor patio and separate entrance. It has a cute compact bathroom and is only 15-20 Minutes to the Beaches. Internet is included. Oh because of the " Ahhhh the serenity," you will need a vehicle to live in this area.

The shared areas of the house include the kitchen, bathroom, dining room, yard and deck. I like to keep the garage and living room to myself and will not under any circumstances enter either of your two rented rooms :). It is a really nice house with great views of the hinterland. It is kept in good clean condition and the kitchen and bathroom have been renovated in recent times. I believe this is a great place if you work in the area or even study as it doesn't take much time to get to the motorway. The tafe is also just around the corner.
