When you see the view you will straight away know what is great about the property. The place is massive - 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, with a pool for laps and surrounded by nature. Open plan with giant sliding doors upstairs opening onto huge deck in front, yard and firepit out back, and downstairs to the pool yard in front. Your room has an ensuite and even cooking facilities, though there is a huge, open plan kitchen upstairs as well. You will also be living with two great blokes, so that's a bonus - both in our thirties. We'll probably keep the numbers to only 3 people in this household so that we all have plenty of our own space. Pets considered.

This beautiful 100 year old home brought from gympie is such a nice space. From the wooden floors, to the high ceilings. Imagine yourself relaxing poolside, sharing a movienight in the projector room or being just a few minutes walk from the shops and beach. Living up in the trees makes it breezy and quiet, besides the wildlife sometimes. We can see the ocean in the distance and look northeast over Coolum. The rooms for rent are new construction built last year where the extension is like a separate house attached to the existing house and connected with a bridge. House is less than a kilometre to Coolum beach town at the beach and shorter to woolworths. Its located on the side of a hill on the high side and a leafy street where we are located in a culdesac. There are 2 lounge rooms in the house one on the new extension that any new flatmates can use and relax in. You can rearrange the furniture in that lounge however you like. Also this extension has a new bathroom and separate toilet which is located between the 2 rooms for rent. There is a front verandah on the extension and the building is up high, so you look into the treetops and in the distance you can see the ocean. I can tell you more about the place if you email or message me as everyone has their unique likes and dislikes. Haha. Happy to give info and answer any questions you like. In terms of the other bills, there is only electricity and gas. Now I could make estimates but it really does depend on how much the flatmates will use these utilities. I like to be conservative and not leave lights on and appliances, to keep the costs down. If you like to do that as well, then that is great, the bills will be minimal. The gas runs the hot water and oven/stove. For WiFi because I work from home, I have unlimited and fast speed broadband. If you want to include the WiFi this can be done, as a share thing, for whoever is going to use it. (EG half or thirds per month) In the main house section, there is a kitchen, lounge, dining, laundry, another bedroom, bathroom and toilet. The yard is big and has mixed gardens, gum trees and natives, plus I am building a vege patch and compost area currently.
