About the property
The house is 10 - 15 mins walk (1 km) to Coles, heart of Coolum including the beach which is super handy. I own and live at the house with my 10 year old cat. I work from home but also travel a couple of times per year leaving the cat at home. So looking for a cat lover who would look after the cat while I am occasionally away and I would compensate. I am looking for one female who is working full time outside of the home. The house has a renovated kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The bedroom is furnished with a new double bed and new mattress. Built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a tall cupboard are in the room. The room has a ceiling fan and an air conditioner. The garden is lovely and green and outdoor table is private. Parking would be on the road. Bus stops in the street. Library at end of street. Easy going, peaceful place. Not a party place. Bills are included which are water, electricity and internet. Looking for a minimum 6 month stay to longer term. No couples and no smoking.

About the flatmates
Hi, I am a social worker working online from home and living in 3 brm house with a cat and looking for one housemate. The smallest of the three bedrooms I use to work in. I don't see any clients at home. I went earphones so noises are not a problem. I do art classes, go hiking, garden, visit friends. A female lives in a studio ajoined to the house but totally separate and separate entrance and she has has a small dog who has his own separate fenced garden. I am currently looking for a person who is working full time way from home. The bedroom for rent has a new double bed and mattress and has built in wardrobe, split system air conditioning and room has drawers so bedroom and house are furnished. Looking for female only. Sorry can't take pets. Only 12 to 15 minutes walk (1 km) to main Coolum beach and shops. There are bus stops in our street. The bills are included and includes electricity, water and internet. The house is in a quiet area and nice garden area at back. Happy to have a coffee or wine or occasional meals together. I'm easy going but also do my own thing.
