Hi, I am a social worker working online from home in my home office and living in 3 brm house with a cat and looking for one housemate. In spare time, I do art classes, go hiking, garden, visit friends. A female lives in a studio ajoined to the house but totally separate and separate entrance. Currently looking for a person who is working/studying for minimum of a few months to 6 months. The bedroom for rent has a new double bed and mattress and has built in wardrobe, split system air conditioning and room has drawers so bedroom and house are furnished. Looking for female only. Sorry can't take pets. Only 12 to 15 minutes walk (1 km) to main Coolum beach and shops. There are bus stops in our street. The bills are included and includes electricity, water and internet. The house is in a quiet area and nice garden area at back. Not a party house.
