About the flatmates
Hi, I’m Rick!
I own a spacious home in the Yaroomba / Coolum area and I’m looking for one more friendly housemate to join myself and my current flatmate. I like to keep numbers small so everyone can really enjoy the space and amenities of the house.
Here’s a little about the setup:
• I live downstairs, while my current flatmate and the new housemate will share a large upstairs living space that’s mostly their own.
• Both of us are firefighters (40 years old) who work opposite shifts, so the house stays nice and relaxed.
• We’re fit, healthy, easygoing guys who enjoy good company and a positive home vibe.
What we’re looking for:
Someone who’s working full time, easygoing, happy to chip in with basic chores, and just generally good fun to live with. A “dog person” is a must — we each have one beautiful, friendly outdoor dog who’ll happily greet you in the yard.
