Noice! The bathroom is tidy and has a brand new rainforest shower head installed which is absolute heaven. The kitchen features a gas cooktop and a double draw dishwasher. Overall super tidy and nice for a rental, and I’ve seen plenty over the years. The lounge room and hall features laminate wood floors, big floor to ceiling window brings in plenty of light yet greenery in front of the window keeps things private. The pantry next to the kitchen and dining area provides excellent shelving space for food storage items, and the kitchen has plenty of cupboard space for all the kitchen goods. Stepping outside the dining area into the backyard, you find yourself under a big pergola surrounded by lots of green plants. The plants are watered on auto-retic twice a week for 15mins each so you don’t have to do any watering. Walking past the big pergola space around the corner there’s a generous lawn area with multiple trees, shrubs and plants, including a deliciouis lemon tree who keeps producing multiple tasty lemons each week. Really nice and modern with a spacious outdoor area. Very close to the city (10-15 mins car, 20 mins bus) and close to Nollamara shops (3 min walk) The house is very nicely furnished and has a good internet connection. I also have a spare queen sized bed (if required).
