Hi, I have a spare room in my 2 bed unit in Gymea which is available til October 2017. The unit itself is fully furnished but you will need your own bed (a double/queen will fit). The room does have a large mirrored built in though. The rent is $200pw with an equal split of electricity (which is paid monthly). At present I don't have the internet but I am looking into it which will again be an equal split. There's no smoking inside but you can smoke on the balcony. Unfortunately no pets are allowed though. The unit is a 2 min walk from both Gymea train station and the main shopping precinct. There's plenty of street parking but I also have a secure tandem garage that is negotiable should you need off street parking/storage.

There are two fridges so you don't need to fight for a single shelf like some share places ;) It's 10 minutes walk to the train station *which is 2 stops from Cronulla beach!) and 5 minutes walk to the public pool. There is even a secret tree-lined set of pathways linking to The Kingsway and excellent access if you're into cycling or want to burn off some killojoules ! It's a townhouse at the back of a small tree-filled complex, whisch makes it very quiet... and so far we haven't even been aware of the common walls. There is space in the garage for a bike and you can stack some extra boxes against the wall if you need the extra storage but you have HEAPS in your room. You will be sharing the main bathroom (which has a bath, shower and vanity) with another girl, who is neat and tidy so we are looking for someone to be the same as it's a shared space for you two. Above all we have a drama and drug free home! The property is great as it is close to the beach and shops. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the train station and it is a short distance drive to the city. The property has a large backyard that backs on to a small stream which gives some privacy. Lastly, the area is mainly quiet as it is very family orientated.
