I'm looking for a flatmate to share my rental property at Aberglasslyn, Maitland.
The property is a modern 4 bedroom house with a nice kitchen.
The room can be furnished or unfurnished and you will have your own bathroom with shower, bath tub and toilet.
About me I'm a 45 yr old male, small business owner so not around to often as work keeps me busy till the evenings.
Im not really home to often on the weekends either.
I'm clean, quite, extremely respectful and also a non smoker. I'm am hoping to find someone similar.
Would suit full time workers, shift worker, student etc.. Couples $400 pw
