Bedroom can be furnished with a queen size bed, bedside table and laundry hamper but can be empty if you have your own furniture.

You will have free run of the main bathroom and toilet as I have an ensuite for myself and Stew. Also have your own living area/lounge room at the back of the house next to your bedroom and spare bedroom, so you’ll have plenty of space to relax and have privacy as we use the front lounge room. There will be a wall mounted TV in your lounge room also (tv not featured in the pictures)

Will need to supply:
- 3 payslips
- 2 references

Bond can be formally lodged with NSW rental bonds (fair trading) if requested otherwise proof of payment will be supplied.

About the flatmates

Heyy I’m Loz! And in the pictures are my dogs Fergus and Tess.

I’m 30 and work full time as a housing and DV case worker. My partner Stew (31) works full time as a chippy. I own the house and am wanting to rent out my spare bedroom.

Through the week we both work full time and go to the gym in the afternoons. In our spare time we go camping, 4x4 (when our cars aren't in pieces) or we’re doing things around the house. It’d be awesome if you have to same hobbies or interests but absolutely fine if you prefer to keep to yourself also.

We also have 2 hairy dogs Fergus (deerhound) and Tess (wolfhound x stag), they sleep inside and are outside through the day although won’t cause any nuisance to you or your area of the house. They are super friendly and we make sure the dog hair is kept to a minimum.

Our house is not a display home although we keep it clean and tidy, it is still lived in. We would expect that you are able to maintain your space and chip in to keep communal areas clean as well when needed.

We’ve had some great housemates over the years, from workers coming in to build the Kurri Gas project to paramedics in town for placement, and have found that shift workers or FIFO have worked well with our house dynamic.
