Banks like Commonwealth bank, Bank SA etc are all close by to visit. Students are most welcomed. Its a nice quiet and secure area.

TOWNHOUSE: You will be sharing the townhouse with 2bother persons. It’s a 4 bedroom, 3 level townhouse in Adelaide CBD. There is no car parking available.

RENT: Rent is paid 2 weeks in advance. Please note that the rent does not include electricity. You will share the electricity bill with the other tenants. The electricity bill is usually $2.50 per person per day. So you should budget around $15 - $20 per week for electricity.

BOND: 4 weeks rent in advance

MINIMUM PERIOD: 6 months. We are looking for a single person (student or working professional) to sign a tenancy for at least 6 months.

WHAT IS INCLUDED:
1. Free unlimited NBN internet per month i.e 45Mbps download and 19Mbps upload speed.
2. Free water usage and supply.
3. Fully furnished bedroom and house including a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and a dryer.
