You will be sharing with 1 male 40+ staying in the other room.

Rent is $300+$20 for utilities. Includes electricity, gas and water (fair use policy applies) $320 in total per week for 6 month+rental

Internet optional for $10 per week.

Extra $20 per week for 3 month plus rental.

Couples are an extra $60 per week-$380 including bills (390 including internet).

Included is a split system air conditioner in the lounge area.

Located a very short walk to Rundle St with many restaurants, shops, universities and supermarkets nearby.

Rooms include queen bed with mattress, bedsides, desk and a built in robe.
