I have a room available in a flat 5 min away from Rundle Mall. The place will be shared just with me. The room has a queen bed, two bedside tables and two closets. The flat has one toilet and a bathroom ( both separate).
The flat is completely furnished as well. It has tennis court, sauna and a BBQ area.
The rent is 295 P/W not including bills (it will be shared between the two of us)
