Fully furnished room available in fully furnished house in city centre.
The room comes with a bed frame and mattress, bedside tables, and has a built in wardrobe (on the small side but the room is able to fit a queen size bed and an extra wardrobe if you'd like to expand). If you have your own furniture, we can store the current furniture in the garage.
The house itself is a 3 storey townhouse, fully furnished, with a dishwasher, washing machine, and a two car garage (only one car so far so there’s a small gym set up down there and the remaining space is great for storage, however if you have a car, space can be made). It's got two bedrooms, one full bathroom upstairs, another mini bathroom downstairs, and a huge monstera in the little courtyard/lightwell. We’re also a shoes off inside household (the stairs are carpeted so it’s so much easier to leave all shoes in the garage).
Rundle Mall is a 12 minute walk away, there’s an IGA pretty much next door, laundromat across the road, and the Central Markets are only an 8 minute walk away. It’s close to everything and on a friendly street in a nice area.
Rent doesn’t include bills, but as we are a strata property, our water and gas are capped and always low. The house agents are super friendly and responsive and the house is well cared for.

Hi, I’m Tilly, a project manager working in the city, looking for a friendly and tidy housemate in Adelaide as my current housemate is moving interstate mid Feb.
I enjoy cooking, celebrating every kind of holiday, travelling, and movies. I love plants and try to keep some alive, but I’m mostly unsuccessful save for my massive monstera on the , and I care about realistic sustainability (we’re a who gives a crap household but we also have plastic wrap, there’s a balance).
I’ll be looking after my cousins elderly dog for a few months this year, but all she does is sleep a lot. There are no pets otherwise, and the neighbours are kind and friendly.
